Remington Huggins, Esq.
Throughout his career Remington Huggins has helped a great number of policyholders collect millions of dollars in denied or underpaid claims. Remington has experience representing all types of policyholders in the state of Georgia. Types of property losses Remington has successfully represented include but are not limited to large commercial buildings, multi-family apartment complexes, commercial strip malls, commercial business complexes, commercial businesses, townhome complexes, everyday homeowners, homeowners associations, churches, tire shops, large hotels, and educational academies.
Remington’s knowledge and experience are so extensive that in 2019 the Georgia Department of Insurance declared Remington an expert in the field of property insurance. Therefore, Remington has the ability to conduct educational seminars which provide attendees with Continuing Education credits for their respective professions.

Michael Turner, Esq.
Michael Turner devotes his practice of law to representing policyholders in their first party property insurance claims and bad faith litigation. He has represented residential and commercial clients who sought to be rightfully compensated for wind, hail, water, fire, fallen tree, weight of ice & snow, and collapse losses to their homes and businesses in the state of Georgia. He has also helped his clients recover damages for their personal or commercial property, additional living expenses, business interruption, ordinance or law, and more.
Prior to joining the Huggins Law Firm Michael worked for another first party property insurance firm in Georgia. While in law school Michael worked for a personal injury firm in north Georgia, where he worked with plaintiffs in their auto accident, premises liability, and general personal injury claims. He also worked with plaintiffs in their employment law claims, such as lost wage claims under the FLSA, union grievances, and employee discrimination claims.

Foster Peebles, Esq.
Foster represents individuals and businesses in their first party insurance claims. His areas of expertise include storm damage, water intrusion, loss of business income, and fire. Foster is passionate about serving his clients’ needs, and he has been able to secure insurance proceeds to restore many policyholders’ properties.
Prior to joining the Huggins Law Firm Foster worked at another Atlanta law firm, where he focused on electronic discovery practices for the litigation of Fortune 500 Companies’ claims.
Foster earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky, where he simultaneously obtained his Master’s in Business Administration. Foster was also a member of the Moot Court Team, volunteered at the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic, and was a Senior Editor for the Kentucky Journal of Equine, Agriculture, and Natural Resource Law.

Bruce Janzen, Esq.
Bruce is dedicated to advocating on behalf of policyholders in their first party insurance claims. His areas of expertise include hail and wind damage, theft, water damage, and vandalism. Bruce strives to serve his clients’ needs, and he has been consistently successful in acquiring insurance proceeds on behalf of homeowners [and businesses] throughout Georgia.
Prior to joining the Huggins Law Firm, Bruce worked at a multinational law firm based in Atlanta, where he focused on e-discovery practices for civil and criminal federal investigations, qui tam whistleblower lawsuits, shareholder derivative litigation, and M&A due diligence.
Bruce earned his Juris Doctor from Emory Law and his Master of Divinity from Emory's Candler School of Theology. While in law school, Bruce worked as a law clerk at an Am Law 200 Immigration Firm and as a research assistant in the Center for Law & Religion. He also served as a Managing Editor for the Emory Law Journal and Guest Editor for the Emory Corporate Governance and Accountability Review. Bruce's hobbies include woodworking, going to concerts, and trivia of any kind.

Born and raised in the picturesque landscapes of West Virginia, Jodi’s journey led her to establish residency in Florida. Embracing a second career as an attorney, Jodi embarked on her legal education propelled by an unwavering passion for the law that had been evident since early adulthood. Jodi honed her skills as a paralegal specializing in criminal defense law in Florida, but her innate desire to advocate for justice inspired her to pursue a career as an attorney.
During law school, Jodi volunteered at the Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic, providing support to struggling veterans, offering legal counsel on matters ranging from military discharge upgrade to Veterans Affairs benefits and criminal records expungements.
